Electric Judgement is a potion effect added by the Titans Mod. The only way to have it inflicted on you is to get hit by either a Bishop, a Templar, someone wielding the Ultima Blade or the Optima Axe, or a non-primitive, non-golem Titan. It strikes the victim with Lightning ever 3 seconds divided by it's level. Bishops and Templar inflict level 1, with the time being affected by difficulty, Titans inflicting level 3 for 5 seconds, and the Ultima Blade or Optima Axe inflicting level 20 for Double.MAX_VALUE time.
