Icy Ender Creepers are a rare mob that originates from Minecraft: Story Mode.

Icy Ender Creepers do not spawn naturally and can only be spawned by players using their fused item, which can be crafted with an Egg, an Enderpearl, and a block of Snow. It takes a total of 45 seconds for the fusion part to be fused, at the cost of 100 mana. After which, you'll have your spawn item to spawn an Icy Ender Creeper.
Behavior[]
Icy Ender Creepers are an icy fusion between the Enderman and Creeper mob, and they behave similarly to an Enderman; It will inflict Blindness and Slowness X onto their opponents before charging them and attacking. Due to the fact these are basically Enderman with ten less health, they still remain as one of the best units in the game. Despite their powers, they still take damage wen they enter Water and when in the Rain.
Whenever an allied Engendered Icy Ender Creeper teleports, it has a chance of spawning in an allied Engendered Endermite, which is the only way to get this mob prior to getting to the End. They are unable to pick up blocks like normal Enderman, and they do not explode like their canon counterparts. The player is able to mount the Icy Ender Creeper as long as it is not holding a block, which will allow them to run across the land and will also go with the Icy Ender Creeper should it decide to teleport, despite this, it is not a good mount, as it is unable to cross bodies of water. There is a bug that causes Icy Ender Creepers to teleport to the player and react to Rain even after they've died. Engender Icy Ender Creeper are one of the many mobs that have a female model. Despite being an icy mob, Icy Ender Creeper are able to survive in hot biomes like Deserts and Badlands. If an Engender Icy Ender Creeper is made into a Hero Icy Ender Creeper via use of The Star of Valor, it will gain a new ability where the Icy Ender Creeper will occasionally teleport around the chunk and kill all the hostile mobs, including ones hidden underground.
