Prison Zombies are a rare mob that originates from Minecraft: Story Mode.

Prison Zombies do not spawn naturally and can only be spawned by players using their fused item, however, as of the latest version, this crafting recipe does not work, the only way to obtain an Engendered Prison Zombie Fusion part is via Creative mode, using /give commands, or by getting the Prison Zombie Fusion to randomly drop from the Eversource. It takes a total of 40 seconds for the fusion part to be fused, at the cost of 60 mana. After which, you'll have your spawn item to spawn a Prison Zombie, which will spawn with a Leather Cap for protection as well as the cape that the player has (if they have a cape equipped). The item can also spawn a Prison Zombie as a baby, and they have a chance of spawning with an Iron Shovel, Iron Sword, or dual wielding two Iron Swords or two Iron Shovels
Behavior[]
Prison Zombies attack similarly to their original counterparts; which they do by pummeling the opponent with their hands or striking them if they spawned in with weapons, and although their attacks are fairly weak, they make up for it with their ability to inflict Slowness onto their opponents, which changes in duration and strength depending on the game difficulty, with it being Slowness II for five seconds on Easy, Slowness III for ten seconds on Normal, and Slowness IV for 25 seconds on Hard. As a result of this, they are better to use than the original Zombie or the Husk.
Prison Zombies are undead mobs, meaning they take damage from Healing potions and heal from Harming potions, they are unaffected by Poison or Regeneration, and they burn in sunlight unless they're wearing a helmet. Engender Prison Zombies are one of the many mobs that have a unique model, being one of the only mobs to have a male model instead of a female model. If an Engender Prison Zombie is made into a Hero Prison Zombie via use of The Star of Valor, it will become a Leader Prison Zombie and gain a new ability where the Prison Zombie will occasionally let out a powerful roar that rapidly damages nearby enemies, with mobs that died from this attack having a death message that reads "(Mob) was yelled at to death by Prison Zombie", and once the attack is over, all allies will gain the effects of the Morality Horn.
