Vexes are a rare mob in the world of Minecraft.
Spawning[]
Item[]
If natural spawning is disabled, Vexes can only be spawned by players using their fused item, which can be crafted with an Egg, a piece of Glowstone Dust, and an Iron Sword. It takes a total of 36 seconds for the fusion part to be fused, at the cost of 15 mana. After which, you'll have your spawn item to spawn Vex, which one item give you three, and each Vex has a chance of spawning as a baby.
Natural[]
If natural spawning is enabled, wild Vexes can only be spawned in by a wild Engendered Evoker.
Behavior[]
Vexes will charge any hostile mob and strike them with their Iron Sword. These mobs are good in large numbers due to the fact they're flying mobs and can travel through any blocks, including Water and Lava. Their strengths are balanced out by their low health, meaning any mob that deals big damage can easily take out Vexes, unless they're in a large group, however even in large groups, anything with an attack that can harm multiple opponents at once like potions thrown from a Witch or the fang attacks from an Evoker can make quick work of a group of Vexes.
