Villagers are an uncommon mob in the world of Minecraft.
Spawning[]
Item[]
If natural spawning is disabled, Villagers can only be spawned by players using their fused item, which can be crafted with an Egg, an Emerald, and a Wooden Door (Can be any type of Wooden Door). It takes a total of one minute for the fusion part to be fused, at the cost of 15 mana. After which, you'll have your spawn item to spawn a Silverfish, it will spawn with a random career and has a chance of spawning as a baby.
Natural[]
If natural spawning is enabled, wild Villagers will spawn inside of Villages, and one will spawn inside of Igloo basements.
Behavior[]
Villagers attack by punching hostile mobs, however unlike most Engender mobs, Villagers are more suited for being a support role than an attacking role due to the fact they have cheap trades for the player, much cheaper and more useful than Vanilla Villagers.
If an Engender Villager is struck by Lightning, it will turn into an Engender Witch, if the Villager was a Hero Villager, it will lose the Hero status. If a Engender Villager dies to a Zombie, it will never turn into a Zombie Villager regardless of the difficulty. Engender Villagers are one of the many mobs that have a female model. Like their vanilla counterparts, Engender Villagers will break fully grown crops, and replant them afterwards, however they will only replant crops if MobGriefing is set to True.
