Witherzilla, Regnator is an end game superboss that can be fought at anytime after the Ender Dragon has been slain. In update 0.6, he can only be fought after all titans are defeated, excluding the Executor Dragon. He is just as challenging and powerful as the Executor Dragon.
Defeating him for the first time will drop the Ultima Blade, a weapon that is just as powerful as the Optima Axe. He will then respawn in the center of the Overworld.
Description
Regnator is one of the two God Titans that resides in the Titan's Mod, and can be found by entering The Void dimension. He is the second God Titan to be created in the Omniverse. He takes the form of a Wither for his physical form. He is the bringer of balance, turning anything into grey mush. Just like his brother Frotheru, he is an Omnigod, able to overpower all the gods and titans below him.
Regnator was given the directive to maintain balance to all of creation, but a bug in his code forced his mood into negative ten, making him Omnicidal. As a result, he attempted to destroy the Omniverse, believing it was "unbalanced". The gods of all of fiction fought for over countless eons in an attempt to send him back out of creation, but none of them could match him in combat, not even working together. The most they could do was stall him, and eventually, Moon Alastair had to find and gain the help of Frotheru. The two super powerful brothers fought for over a week, with Frotheru eventually, through the added aid of the other gods teaming up with him, was able to knock Regnator unconscious with his Omniversal Implosion attack, enabling their father The Coder a chance to seal him in The Void dimension. Today, Regnator waits with patience for anything to set him free from The Void so that he can bring "true balance" to the world beyond.
Just like Frotheru, he is un-killable because of his incomprehensible power. Upon the day of his release, not even the titans will be able to stop him.
Spawn
Witherzilla will spawn in The Void dimension unless spawned with his respective spawn egg. He will respawn in the Overworld when defeated. In version 0.6 and onward, there can only be one of him per world, just like The Executor Dragon. He respawns in the Overworld regardless if he is defeated or not in The Void.
Behavior
Upon spawning, Witherzilla will start speaking to all the players in the world, signifying the beginning of the end for the world and the start of phase one. When he is in The Void, he floats high up in the sky and waits for the player to defeat most of his minions before he descends to begin fighting the player, starting phase two. This is completely skipped if he is outside of The Void.
Witherzilla gains his Omni-Shield at 50% health, which grants him 100% projectile resistance, and 50% damage reduction to all other damage types.
Witherzilla enters his strongest form outside of The Void, having a permanent Omni-Shield that grants him 100% projectile resistance, and 50% damage reduction to all other damage types. In version 0.5, he completely ignores attacks that deal minor damage to him. This is phase three.
Witherzilla also fires an insane amount of Ur-Lightning, which completely erases blocks on impact, and instant kills many mobs nearby. In Version 0.6, this ambient attacks now only targets entities, and fires way less. However, it destroys more blocks, and completely deletes any entities caught in it's blast. Titans and players receive heavy damage from Ur-Lightning.
In version 0.6, Witherzilla is Omnipresent when released from The Void, meaning he will be in every world the player has until he is defeated. He may also persist in the main menu...
Attacks
When Witherzilla is able to attack, he follows his target and constantly shoots Ur-Lightning at his target. He will also fire a wall of wither skulls at his target at set intervals.
In Version 0.6, his attacks are a lot more different. He retains the Ur-Lightning attack, but completely changes how he fires the wither skulls. In 0.6, the [REDACTED]
Death
When Witherzilla is defeated in The Void, he says some dialogue in the chat and emits a lot of light rays, similar to an Ender Dragon. When he vanishes, he creates a portal where he died at, allowing the player to leave The Void. Doing so however will respawn him in the Overworld, starting phase three. His titan spirit will enter a random player, allowing him to escape The Void.
When Witherzilla is defeated for the second time, he says more dialogue in the chat, seemingly collapsing on himself. After a set time, he explodes, seemingly vanishing from the world until he is summoned again.
It is worth noting that Witherzilla cannot be truly killed, and will persist permanently in the world.
Tips
Below are some tips to help you out for the battle.
- Bring multiple sets of Adminium Armor and the strongest weapons you can muster to the fight.
- Bring multiple Ultima Iron Golem Titan using Growth Serum and Iron Golems or try to get an Ender Colossus into the fight with you since only the Ender Colossus is the only other entity that can do more than 2000 damage to Witherzilla other than you.
- Bring some Chaffs with you to avoid Homing Wither Skulls.
- Bring as many healing and defense items as you can.
- Bring a NASA Supercomputer to fight Witherzilla efficiently so your normal pc won't blow up or crash or anything.
- Don't cheat.
- Never ever summon every single titan in his dimension or it will be extremely laggy (and your pc will probably crash)
- You can bring full enchanted Adminium Armor so that by chance you can survive.
Trivia
- Witherzilla is one of the first titans to be created for The Titans Mod
- Contrary to popular belief, Witherzilla is not boundless, meaning he can be destroyed by anything boundless.
- Witherzilla is known to stall servers and lag out even high end pcs. Officially, he has the nickname "Thread Ripper". This is obsolete as of Version 0.6 as he no longer lags the game anymore.
- Witherzilla started out as just a large wither boss early on, but slowly was power scaled over time. After a few debates and Dragonball Super, he now he stands as an Omnigod.
- Witherzilla has many animation features, the most famous being from the video "Witherzilla VS Executor Dragon. The ultimate fight!". His lore designs are now based on this video.
- There used to be a time where Quackos was defeated by Witherzilla, sparking a minor coding war between Ender and the developer of HBM. It eventually settled down after a mutual agreement for the titans to not kill Quackos. Not sure if that agreement holds up today.
